Day – Tuesday lends its energies to efforts of a physical nature like getting in shape or increasing physical endurance.
Zodiac – The moon in Capricorn lends energies to efforts around organization, ambition, recognition, career and political matters.
Moon – The moon is in a Waning Gibbous. This energy lends towards efforts of discarding, banishment, and releasing the things which no longer serve your highest purposes. When the moon goes waning, our intentions have to be set just so that we are achieving what we want, not working against ourselves.
So today – Combine the Waning moon with Tuesday to remove, banish, or discard anything that is blocking or negatively impacting your efforts to get in shape or improve your physical health.
You can also combine the Waning moon with Capricorn to remove, banish or discard anything that is blocking or negatively impacting your efforts around career ambitions and recognition.
