Day – Tuesday lends its energies to efforts of a physical nature like getting in shape or increasing physical endurance.

Zodiac -The moon remains in Scorpio all day today. The Moon in Scorpio lends energies to sexual matters, power, psychic growth, secrets and fundamental transformations.

Moon – The moon is in a Waning Gibbous. This energy lends towards efforts of discarding, banishment, and releasing the things which no longer serve your highest purposes. When the moon goes waning, our intentions have to be set just so that we are achieving what we want, not working against ourselves.

So today – We still have a waning moon so you can spend the day focusing on releasing, banishing or discarding the things blocking you from reaching your physical health goals or achiving your psychic growth.
