At the end of the day, all a witch needs is their focused intent but some tasks are bigger and require some extra power.
You can work magick, rituals and spells any time. Literally any time you want to. It’s your practice, after all. When your gut says its time to act, you act.
However, there will be goals we have or things we are focused on that, because those goals are further out into the future, we are able to plan out workings to enhance, encourage, support, and bring success to those goals or focal topics.
When you can plan things out in advance, you’re able to align your workings to occur at the optimal time, during the optimal Zodiac Sign and or moon phase. Think of this as a Magickal Upgrade, a Supercharge or even a Turbo if you will.
The Class Resources I’ve provided break down each zodiac phase, when they occur and what energies are best tapped during that phase. Keep that handy and refer to it as needed.
Some examples of things you can plan out and when you might choose to do those workings would be:
Looking to start a new project or maybe get that promotion into leadership? Do your workings during the sign of Aries, between March 21st and April 19th.
Planning a trip? You may want to do some workings during the sign of Gemini between May 21st and June 21st to draw on those energies to facilitate travel.
Working on self improvement? You could do some spellwork and meditations even shadow workings during the sign of Virgo between August 22nd and September 21st.
Looking to rekindle a strained or long lost friendship? You could do some workings during the sign of Libra between September 22nd and October 22nd.
Want to help with local community efforts? You could absolutely work some spells with that intent in mind during the sign of Capricorn between December 22nd and January 20th.

I’m sorry to disappoint, but I have not list of books to recommend on this topic. The reason for this is that Zodiac magic can be found in almost every witchcraft, wicca, occult book you pick up. The trick is to find a resource you trust. Good Luck!
