Aquarius
Combining the lessons in my Moon Magic course and The Moon and the Zodiac course, we are able to identify the best, strongest and most potent days to work magick to help bring us closer to our goals, protect us, or help rid things that no longer serve our highest purpose.
So – With the knowledge of those courses within us – here’s how today’s energies align… May you find a way to work with today’s energies to help you get closer to your goal, achieve what you desire, protect yourself or rid things that no longer align with you.
Day – Tuesday lends its energies to efforts of a physical nature like getting in shape or increasing physical endurance.
Zodiac – The moon in Aquarius lends energies to things involving Science, freedom, creative expression, problem solving, extrasensory abilities, friendship and the breaking of bad habits or unhealthy addictions.
Moon – The moon is in the Waxing Crescent phase now which lends energies towards drawing in, manifesting, luck, growth, increasing and attracting things we desire.
So today – Tuesday’s contiuous efforts to convince us to work on getting in shape are being reinforced by Aquarius who wants us to break those bad habits and kick those unhealthy addictions. The Waxing Crescent is waiting to help you boost your efforts.
First I’d identify exactly which bad habits or addictions need to be kicked. Its important to understand that you can’t just be rid of bad habits. It’s not that simple. You have to replace them with good habits and healthier options.
What can you do to replace those bad habits with healthier ones? Specifically identify them. Write it down! (here are some examples)
*Instead of doom scrolling in the morning on social media, I’ll get out the yoga mat and do some work to improve my flexibility.
*Instead of snacking mindlessly while I work, I’ll take a short brake to truly enjoy the snack so I dont end up over eating.
*Instead of that nightcap whiskey, I’ll have a cup of sleepy time tea before bed.
Then use the Waxing Moon to help manifest those habits. Dont think about the habits you’re letting go of. It does take time to form new habits so be patient with yourself.
