Uranus Retrograde Begins (until 2/3/26)
Combining the lessons in my Moon Magic course and The Moon and the Zodiac course, we are able to identify the best, strongest and most potent days to work magick to help bring us closer to our goals, protect us, or help rid things that no longer serve our highest purpose.
So – With the knowledge of those courses within us – here’s how today’s energies align… May you find a way to work with today’s energies to help you get closer to your goal, achieve what you desire, protect yourself or rid things that no longer align with you.
Day – Saturday lends energies to banishing, can be associated with death but not necessarily physical death – it could be the “death” of something you want gone or the end of something that no longer serves your best interests/purposes.
Zodiac – The moon starts out Void of Course but moves into Pisces at 11:55am ET. The moon in Pisces lends energies towards efforts involving sexual matters, power, psychic growth, secrets and fundamental transformations
Moon – The moon is in a Waxing Gibbous so we can still work on growing, manifesting, attracting, drawing in, and increasing things we desire and wish to see come to fruition.
So today – Oh, we have some work to do today, dont we… Oh my.
Saturday’s energies urging you to “allow the death” of something that is no longer serving your highest purposes. The moon moves into Pisces at 11:55am urging psychic growth, revelation of secrets and fundamental transformations. Then, for extra spice, Uranus retrograde begins. The first stage of retrograde is focusing on your beliefs and communication patterns.
So do some soul searching while the moon is Void of Course this morning so that when the moon moves into Pisces you’re ready to do some shadow work. Time to face that inner you and ask yourself what beliefs do you hold that need updating, what needs to be released so your mind can be opened to new perspectives. Uranus Retrograde Begins (through 2/3/26)
As the planet of change and innovation, its retrograde periods are viewed as times for internal reflection and processing recent changes, rather than external disruption.
This retrograde cycle involves two distinct phases that invite review and reflection on different areas of life:
Uranus retrograde in Gemini (September 6–November 8, 2025)
This phase focuses on the mental realm, encouraging introspection about beliefs and communication patterns. It is a time to address outdated ways of thinking and open the mind to new perspectives. Disruption in technology, media, or how information is exchanged is expected, revealing areas of instability.
Uranus retrograde in Taurus (November 8, 2025–February 4, 2026)
During this final backspin in Taurus, themes related to money, security, resources, and core values will be revisited. This period offers a chance to integrate lessons from Uranus’s seven-year transit through Taurus and address any changes that have been resisted.
Navigating the retrograde
Stay grounded: Uranus energy can feel erratic. Practices like breathwork, meditation, and spending time in nature can help stay centered.
Embrace reflection: This is a powerful time for journaling and introspection. Allow insights to emerge without feeling pressured to act on them immediately.
Release attachments: The retrograde encourages letting go of old attachments and certainties. Make peace with uncertainty and find liberation by embracing the unknown.
