From pages 9 & 10 of Llewellyn’s 2024 Planner
This spell is designed to supercharge your Witch Sight, and it’s best performed on the Full Moon. Which is why I performed it last night.
You Will Need the following items:
1 TSP Mugwort (or chamomile or eyebright – but if you have ragweed allergies, don’t use chamomile)
Medium Glass or silver-colored metal bowl
2-3 cups spring or purified water
A cloth that can be dipped in water, large enough that you can drape it over your eyes
Strainer to filter the herbs out of the water.
Place the mugwort in the bowl then fill it with your spring or purified water.
Place the bowl in the moonlight, and with your palm hovering above the water, chant the following – feeling the energy of the spell streaming from your hands into the bowl:
“I call upon the Witch’s Moon
To help me see with eyes anew.
Patterns, truths, and hidden paths
Are all revealed by silvery light.
I hereby activate my witch sight!
So Mote It Be”
Dip the cloth in the water, then wring it out so that it is moistened but not dripping wet.
Lie back comfortably and place the cloth over closed eyes, feeling the energy of the moonlit water activating your power of witch sight.
When you’re done, strain the herbs from the water and compost or discard. Simply pour the water onto the earth.
