How did I manage stress this last year, and what coping mechanisms were effective for me?

What habits supported my mental and emotional well-being throughout the last year?

Take some time to ponder these questions and journal your responses. If you notice patterns from last year that you don’t want to bring into this new year, make a note about them and come up with some ways you can change that pattern.
