Tarot Tuesday

Using the Murder of Crows Tarot by Corrado Roi today in combination with the Tarotorial Ultimate Tarot Training Deck for a 3 card draw –
Past – Present – Future.

Past: 8 of Cups: Disillusionment, Abandonment, Withdrawal, Escapism
The past needs to be put where it belongs. Set yourself on a journey forward, whether that’s toward something big like a new job or relationship, or something small like a new hobby or pattern of thought. Either way, you’re looking for a higher purpose. The recognition you seek cannot be found in your current position.

Present: XX – Judgement (REVERSED*) Doubt, Self-Loathing, Criticism, Stunted Growth
You’re turning your back on something that must be done, and it’s costing you. You’re doubting yourself harshly, or perhaps not giving yourself time to reflect with full awareness – either way, these actions are keeping you from moving forward

Future: Seven of Cups: New Possibilities, Fantasy, Illusion, Meditation Decisions
Pay attention to your imagination in both the real world and in your dreams. Take action to ensure that your dreams become reality. Don’t sit idle and expect things to manifest on their own. Evaluate options closely and wisely before making decisions to ensure the best outcome.

*My thoughts on Reversed Cards:
So many are afraid of or confused by reversed cards… If you get a reversed card that you don’t like, don’t be afraid to work with it and explore how to shift your take on it in your readings.

Consider what it means for the reversed car to become upright again, what you need to do in order to remove the blockage or create balance.

When you change the card to it’s upright position with your hands, feel whatever is represented by that spread position flow more openly and correct itself.

This is the power of ritual and symbolic action – to trust that a movement of your hands also shapes the outline of your life. You can willingly alter the course you’re reading.
